Accepted Payment Method
JOSLYNC currently accepts PayPal only.
The PayPal payment option displayed on joslync.com corresponds to the payment method available during checkout.
Payment Currency
All product prices, charges, and payments are processed in United States dollars (USD).
Payment Process
After reviewing and confirming your order, select PayPal at checkout and follow the instructions provided by PayPal to complete the payment.
Your order will only enter processing after the payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.

JOSLYNC and JOSLYN C LLC do not directly collect or store your complete PayPal login details, payment card number, or other complete financial account information.

Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, interrupted, or cannot be completed, please:
- Confirm that your PayPal account information is correct.
- Verify that your linked payment method has sufficient funds.

An order will not be processed until payment has been successfully confirmed.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe that you have been charged more than once or that the amount charged is incorrect, please contact us at service@joslync.com and include your order number and relevant payment details.
Do not send your PayPal password, complete card number, or other sensitive financial information by email.
Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has been shipped. If an order can no longer be canceled, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original PayPal account or payment method used for the purchase.
After JOSLYNC issues a refund, PayPal or the financial institution connected to your PayPal account may require additional time to process and post the funds.
